Two Bodies Were Discovered In An MPV At A Residential Unit's Underground Parking Garage
Last Sunday, two bodies were discovered in a car in an underground parking lot of a residential building in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Cheras.
Assistant Commissioner Muhammad Idzam Jaafar, Cheras District Police Chief, stated that they received information on the incident via a phone call from a member of the public who discovered the bodies in a Toyota Alphard multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) at 8.26pm.
The bodies of a local woman in the front passenger seat and a local man in the rear passenger seat of the MPV were discovered during an investigation at the scene. They were both 19.
“There were no criminal elements found during the examination of the bodies”, added Izham.
Classified as sudden death (SDR), the two bodies were sent to the Forensic Medicine Department at the Chancellor Tuanku Muhriz UKM Hospital (HCTM), Cheras, for autopsy.
Further investigations are underway.
