July’s Week 4 Fuel Update, RON97 Price Decreased 10 Cents

The fuel price for RON97 will decrease by 10 cents starting from 21 July to 27 July. Making the new price for RON97 to be at RM 4.65 per litre.
According to the Ministry of Finance, they will maintain the ceiling prices of RON95 at RM 2.05 per litre and diesel at RM 2.15 per litre.
Despite the actual prices for both products have increased over the ceiling price, as this was to ensure that users will not be affected with the actual global price.
"The government will continue to monitor the impact of crude oil price fluctuations and take appropriate measures to safeguard the well-being of the people," said the Ministry of Finance.
