Hyundai IONIQ 6, stylish electric sedan debut in UK

Hyundai announces its first edition of the IONIQ 6 has landed in the UK and is set to sell with a starting price approximately around RM260 K (£54,995). The Japanese carmaker produced only 2,500 units of them and exclusively available for customers in Germany, UK, France, Norway, and Netherlands.
The latest Hyundai’s EV comes in four hues namely Biophilic Blue Pearl, Serenity White Pearl, Nocturne Grey Metallic, and Gravity Gold Matte exterior colours.
According to Managing Director of Hyundai Motor UK Ashley Andrew, he stated that IONIQ 6 received an overwhelmingly positive response from customers and media alike with its combination of streamliner styling and long-distance EV performance.
‘’The IONIQ 6 First Edition presents customers with not only a unique specification but also an opportunity to secure one of the very first vehicles to reach the UK” he added.

Under the hood, the IONIQ 6 6 consists of a 77.4 kWh battery allowing a WLTP-combined driving range of up to 519 kilometres and a dual-motor AWD system which provides 320 horsepower as well as 605 Nm of torque to all four wheels.
With its current E-GMP platform's 800-volt charging system, it enables the Ioniq 6 350kW ultra-fast charger compatibility that includes a battery heating system for optimised charge times in all conditions.
Only available for the Europeans, they also get a free one-year subscription to the Ionity Premium package through Hyundai's pan-European integrated public charging service Charge myHyundai which offers access to over 400,000 charging points across Europe, including AC and DC connectors.
