The ‘Anak Sarawak LLM DASH Penchala Link Tunnel Night Run’ is set to flag off at 9pm on the 5th November. This night run is jointly organised by Sarawak Volunteer Association (PSS), the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM), Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) and Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat (SPRINT).

Following this, several parts of the highway designated for this event would be closed to the public on the 5th November to 6th November to facilitate the night run participants and other activities surrounding the event.

Below are the DASH ramps that would be closed from 9am 5th November right up to 5am 6th November;

·        Ramp 13D from Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) to DASH

·        Ramp 13E from Penchala Link to DASH

·        Ramp 13F from LDP to DASH

·        Ramp 13G from Jalan PJU 7/9 to DASH

Meanwhile the below DASH ramps would be closed for a shorter period from 6pm 5th November to 5am 6th November;

·        Ramp 9F Persiaran Surian (for participant parking)

·        Ramp 9G Persiaran Surian

·        Ramp 10A Persiaran Kenanga (for participant parking)

·        Ramp 11A Persiaran Mahogani (for VIP access)

·        Ramp 12A Jalan PJU 8/1 Damansara Perdana

As for the closures on SPRINT highway, there would be a further nine (9) locations involved which will be closed by stages from 5th November ending at 1.01am on 6th November. The locations are;

·        Damansara Perdana (Ramp Penchala Link)

·        Mutiara Damansara (Penchala Link)

·        LDP North KM4.4 (IKEA)

·        LDP South KM3.5 (Empire Damansara)

·        Junction connecting Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (TTDI) to Penchala west bound

·        Junction connecting TTDI Kg. Sg. Penchala to Penchala (towards Mont Kiara)

·        Hartamas to Penchala exit west bound (towards LDP)

·        Kerinchi heading north connecting west Penchala (towards LDP)

·        Jalan Duta connecting to Penchala west bound (towards LDP)

We would like to advise road users to pre-plan their route on these days especially for those living in the area to avoid any delays due to the expected congestion. For those living in this area the Saturday traffic even on any normal days is already horrendous and this road closure is bound to make things worse. Try to use alternate routes when possible.
