Updated BMW and Mini Dealership In Malacca Officially Opens

BMW Group Malaysia sees its local network strengthened further as it recently celebrated the opening of its refurbished premium dealership in Malacca. Like the historic city-state it’s based in, dealers Seong Hoe Premium Motors Sdn Bhd also hold strong historic ties with the Bavarian marque that stretches back to 1979.

“It is a natural progression for us to raise the bar for one of our most important customer touchpoints – our dealerships. We are especially pleased that Seong Hoe Premium Motors shares in this commitment, continuing to deliver world-class standard service for all our customers in Malacca, and we are confident that the newly refurbished showroom will only represent an enhancement of this experience,“ said Hans de Visser, BMW Group Malaysia’s managing director, regarding the refurbished dealership’s re-opening.

Following an extensive makeover, the Seong Hoe Premium Motors centre occupies over 7,100 square feet of built up space, which is capable of displaying up to ten BMW vehicles, plus three Mini vehicles, the latter via an exclusive Mini showroom on the mezzanine floor.
Operated by 50 dedicated staff members, Seong Hoe Premium Motors provides a range of premium services to customers and owners of both the BMW and Mini brands. These include the BMW Service, BMW Lifestyle, Original Parts and Accessories, BMW Financial and Insurance Services, Fast Lane Service, Pickup and Delivery Service, as well as Roadside Assistance, not forgetting the MINI Service, Lifestyle and Accessories range too.

Besides that, said dealership features key new brand-centric points and services too such as the New Car Handover Lounge, Isetta Bar, RATC (reception at the car) bay, as well as a BMW AC/DC charging station. There’s also complimentary internet access granted for visiting customers.
Situated along Jalan Semabok in Malacca state’s Taman Sinn Semabok district, Seong Hoe Premium Motors operates from 8:30AM to 5:30PM daily from Mondays through Saturdays, and from 10AM to 3PM on both Sundays and Public Holidays. More details are also available via the dealership’s website, bmw-seonghoe.com.my.
