Mazda CX-30 test drive: This is how it feels to drive and be inside of this gorgeous car!

Mazda is one of the hottest car brands in the local car market at present. When you drive on the road, you will see this car everywhere. We are glad to have this car lent by Bermaz Auto to test drive around the town .

Let’s talk about the shape design of the Mazda CX-30 first. This car follows the style of the Mazda model family. The shape and streamline can be seen as “typical Mazda”. The design of the front grille is masculine and atmospheric.

Towards the rear part of the car, the CX-30 looks more "prominent" visually. Of course, this is the visual experience obtained after comparing with the CX-5, CX-8 or CX-9, which may be the same as that of the CX-30. I think the rear bumper has something to do with the design with a different body color.

For us, the CX-30 doesn't look as big and tall as the CX-8 or CX-9 when viewed and test-driven from a woman's perspective, and the size is just right. It is worth mentioning that the side body of this car is built in the spirit of Japanese pen and ink craftsmanship, so when you are at a 45-degree angle and illuminated by light, the side body will show an S-shape, showing the Mazda in the appearance of the car. perfect presentation!

Sitting in the driver's seat, the first thing that has caught our attention is the simple and textured console, with the simple and high-quality control interface. Moreover, the entire front console is made of two-color leather material.

In terms of driving operation, the 2.0G 2WD High Auto model drove us very smoothly, giving timely responses whether it is accelerating or driving at an average speed. With 2.0 engine power coupled with its Skyactiv technology, the driving performance will never disappoint you.

At the same time, when this car encounters an obstacle, the sensing system of active braking performs well. It detects even the tiniest objects and obstacles.

CX-30 is equipped with Head Up Display. When driving, the information such as the current speed will be projected on the windshield above the instrument panel, which will make you feel advanced and technological.

As for the space, the CX-30 does not have the large capacity as we have always imagined. The space of the driver's and passenger seat are absolutely very comfortable, but the rear seats appear smaller in space. Nonetheless, the rear seats are still comfortable to sit.

Although it looks like it has a lot of space, its rear compartment may disappoint you. Its capacity is not very large, and as the host Ian Cheang said in the Caricarz Chinese test drive video, the rear compartment cannot even fit a baby stroller, and the rear door does not have a Kick Sensor.

Overall, I still think the Mazda CX-30 looks "sportier" than its rivals, and no matter which body color you choose, it's capable of showing "pretty" design lines. Being a CBY model, its price is slightly higher, but I think its overall performance is above average!
