Shell Malaysia Launches New & Improved FuelSave 95

Shell Malaysia has officially introduced its new and improved Shell FuelSave 95 fuel for the local market. The firm’s new RON95 grade fuel features a new formulation that promises to last for up to 15 KM longer per tank.

“Shell continuously strives to innovate and enhance our offerings for the benefit of our customers. Better By Far is our promise of never stopping and always innovating new mobility solutions to match the evolving customers’ needs’’ said Shell Malaysia’s GM of Mobility Malaysia, Seow Lee Ming.

According to Shell Malaysia, over five years of extensive research and tests were conducted by 150 passionate fuel scientists to bring this newly formulated version of its staple RON95 fuel product.

Besides increased efficiency, the new formulation also possesses the ability for a deeper clean, thus promising a much cleaner engine plus improved engine protection against corrosion and carbon build-up. The latter ability also promises greater protection of critical engine parts, regardless of vehicle type (hybrids and non-hybrids) and age.

In conjunction with the new fuel’s launch, Shell Malaysia also initiated a new ‘Shell FuelSave 95 Challenge 2023’ campaign for consumers. It seeks to reward one Malaysian who clocks in the best fuel economy using said new fuel.

This campaign is set to run from March 1 until April 1. The grand prize for this campaign includes a cash prize worth up to RM20,000. It will also reward 150 Malaysians with 15 months worth of free fuels.

Entry to this campaign starts with a minimum RM50 purchase  of the new Shell FuelSave 95 fuels launched today.
