Those who have passed the mandatory driver education module (KPP01) can now apply for their Probationary Driving Licence (LDL) directly through the MySIKAP portal.&nbsp;Once payment is completed, the LDL will be issued digitally and made available in the MyJPJ app, no physical collection required.JPJ says this latest move is part of its broader push to improve service delivery and reduce congestion at physical counters by encouraging more Malaysians to go digital. The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has identified <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" href="https://www.carz.com.my/2025/08/jpj-rm3-million-rolls-royce-among-53-vehicles-seized" target="_blank" style="">more than 1,000 luxury vehicles including Ferraris and Lamborghinis that have gone without valid road tax and insurance for an extended period.</a><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">These high-end cars, often owned by celebrities and prominent business figures, are typically used only on weekends or for special occasions. But that, according to JPJ senior enforcement director Muhammad Kifli Ma Hassan, does not exempt them from the law.<span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;">“It does not matter how rarely the car is used. “That assumption is false and against the law. We know who the owners are.
