Check Out The New Ranger Raptor 2.0L Diesel in Sabah This Weekend!

Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford in Malaysia, is taking the newly-launched Ford Ranger Raptor 2.0L Bi-Turbo Diesel on a nationwide tour. Previously held in Ipoh, Perak, the new Raptor will be heading to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah this weekend for the Ford Ranger Raptor Show-and-Tell event.


Visitors can test-drive the new Raptor on a specially-curated off-road course!
Set to take place at the Likas Complex Arena in Kota Kinabalu, visitors not only can check out the new Raptor in-person, but also test-driving the truck across a specially-curated off-road route. On this route, they can fully-maximise the capabilities of the Raptor truck through the high-speed dirt cornering, moguls, steep hill climb and descent, slide slope, while trying out the exhilarating ‘Baja Mode’.
Those who are keen to participate in this test-drive session better hurry up and register themselves by visiting the event webpage, as test-driving slots are limited.

Visitors who placed a booking on the new Raptor 2.0L Diesel at the event will get a special edition Baja 1,000-inspired Raptor 2.0L Diesel t-shirt for free, while enjoying exclusive early-bird discount worth RM500 on a Ford Ranger Getaways upon vehicle delivery. In case you didn’t know, Ford Ranger Getaways is a series of events organised by SDAC catered to Ford Ranger owners in Malaysia, where they’ll get to participate in exciting events, ranging from off-roading crash course, weekend getaways and more.

Moreover, those who book any other Next-Gen Ranger models at the event will receive a branded Ford Ranger Getaways light blue camping chair on the spot, while customers who book a Ford Ranger Getaways experience will get a cool Getaways steel tumbler for free.


Speaking of Ford Ranger Getaways, this event is concurrently held with the Ford Ranger Training Experience Sabah – a one-day special driving course happening on Sunday, July 23, from 9:30AM to 2:30 PM. Visitors to the Show-and-Tell event can check out Ford Ranger owners hooning their trucks in a specially-prepared course with varying terrains and obstacles. Also organised by SDAC, this crash course aims to help Ranger owners to fully-maximise the capability of their trucks in a safe and controlled manner.
Existing Ford Ranger and Raptor owners who are interested in participating in this Ford Ranger Getaways event can use the special promo code on their Ford Inner Circle Card to enjoy up to 30% discount on the Ranger Training Experience in Kota Kinabalu.
