PHSAM Announces Audi Recognition Plan As Official Recon Cars Adoption Path

There's now an official adoption program for recon (parallel import) Audi cars in Malaysia offered by PHSAM.
Malaysian Audi brand custodians PHS Automotive Malaysia (PHSAM) have announced that it now has an official adoption pathway for parallel import or recon units. Called the Audi Recognition Plan, it aims to support recon Audi vehicles with a slew of after-sales coverage and benefits.
According to PHSAM, owners keen to enter their vehicles into the Audi Recognition Plan must first have their cars evaluated through a detailed 300-point Audi Condition Check (ACC) at any authorised Audi Centre first to assess said vehicle’s eligibility for said plan. The good news here is that this initial inspection is complimentary.

Depending on the result of said free ACC inspection, owners with eligible cars will be enrolled into the plan, which in turn grants a host of key benefits. The first of which is the Audi Plus package that offers savings on service, repair, parts, and maintenance for vehicles aged 5 year and older.
Upon signing up for the Audi Plus package, PHSAM will also reward owners with three vouchers, applicable within a 3-year period, that entitles them to 10% discounts on service maintenance. Included in Audi Plus too is 12 months Audi Roadside Assistance from the date of voucher redemption.
Next, owners and cars enrolled into the Audi Recognition Plan will be offered with the Audi Insurance Plan. This grants owners with prioritised claim approval, 12 months complimentary Audi Roadside Assistance for cars aged 5 years and older, and assurance on repairs done by authorised Audi body and paint centres.
Additionally, this insurance plan, designed especially to enhance ownership experience through comprehensive coverage, includes partner insurers such as Allianz General Insurance Berhad, MSIG Insurance (M) Berhad, Etiqa General Takaful Berhad, and Zurich General Takaful Malaysia Berhad.

Key benefits include the Audi Plus package, Audi Insurance Plan, Audi Repair Package, and more.
Moving along, owners and vehicles adopted through the Audi Recognition Plan also stand to benefit with the Audi Repair Package. This grants 30% discounts on select wear-and-tear parts for vehicles aged 6 years and older such as brakes, absorbers, bearings, and timing belts.
Lastly, the Audi Recognition Plan will provided adopted cars and owners with 20% discounts on selected parts on severely damaged vehicles resulting from accidents. This special support program sees PHSAM reiterate the Audi brand’s promise to restore vehicles pristinely. It involves assessment by Audi’s trained body and paint partner and technician prior to any repair works commencing.

PHSAM is also set to roll out the myAudiWorld mobile app soon. Presently, it's open for pre-sign up online.
Aside from the newly announced Audi Recognition Plan, PHSAM is also set to welcome more recon Audi owners into its ecosystem when it launches it upcoming mobile app. This will grant owners access to features aimed at boosting the Audi brand ownership experience further.
