Touch 'n Go eWallet now offers seamless cross-border payment services in more nations, bringing Malaysians a whole new level of convenience.
Millions of Touch 'n Go eWallet users can travel to well-known locations like Japan, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, and Indonesia without worrying about whether they can make digital payments.
Through its integration with national cross-border QR payment and partnership with Ant Group's Alipay+, this development offers its users access to a vast network of millions of merchant touchpoints.
The QRIS network, which is used in Indonesia, now also accepts Touch n' Go eWallet, allowing its users to pay conveniently at more than 25 million merchant touchpoints at competitive exchange rates.
Touch n' Go eWallet users have been able to experience easy access to their digital wallets throughout the Alipay+ merchant network in the Chinese mainland, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore since its integration into Alipay+ in 2022.
“Technology has given us the opportunity to address pain points that our users’ experience while travelling, especially while carrying banknotes.
