GWM Ora Good Cat EV Convoy Tour - 3 Countries & 15 Cities In 8 Exciting Days!

Great Wall Motor (GWM) recently concluded a EV Convoy Tour, featuring a fleet of 11 Ora Good Cat 500 Ultra which embarked on a long distance journey, covering 15 cities across three countries.

The excursion which began on 1st August ended on 8th August (8 days) saw the convoy flag-off in Bangkok and ventured southward. The leisure endurance drive which is meant to demonstrate the practicality of the Ora Good Cat saw the group transverse along the uncovering hidden scenic routes from Thailand through Malaysia ending in Singapore.

According to GWM Malaysia this EV Convoy Tour marks a significant milestone for the outfit since the brands debut in Malaysia and to officiate the inauguration of the first Singapore showroom.

Furthermore, GWM also noted that the primary objective of the EV Convoy Tour was to showcase the long-distance capabilities of the Ora Good Cat EV plus demonstrating its durability and dependability. All 11 participants along this journey also had the opportunity to experience the EV charging infrastructure across all three countries.

There are two variants of the Ora Good Cat is available in Malaysia, the 400 Pro and 500 Ultra. For this EV Convoy Tour all participants were on the 500 Ultra which ensured them a stress-free travel experience, alleviating any concerns about range limitations during this expedition.

All participants throughout the convoy managed to gain first hand experience of the Ora Good Cat’s smooth performance coupled with the exceptional driving dynamics and advanced safety features which were perfectly tailored to meet the demands of any long-distance journey.
