BYD Opens 2S Showroom In Ipoh - 4,000sqf At Simee Business Centre

BYD, has officially inaugurated its latest 2S showroom in Ipoh, Perak at the Simee Business Centre in collaboration with Sime Darby Motors and local dealership Goh Brothers Group. The new BYD Ipoh showroom, located in the heart of Ipoh's business district, spans 4,000 square feet over two floors and aims to make BYD electric vehicles (EVs) more accessible to locals.

The BYD Ipoh showroom and service centre would offer customers six dedicated customer parking lots, two commercial chargers, and a customer lounge where they can relax while their cars are being serviced.

The Goh Brothers Group, a multi-brand automobile dealership that began as a family business, emphasises the value of pre- and post-sale experiences and services. The management of the new BYD Ipoh showroom and service centre by Goh Brothers Group contributes significantly to BYD's nationwide expansion efforts.

Mr. Eagle Zhao, Managing Director of BYD Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., expressed his excitement about the growing number of BYD showrooms in Malaysia and how the BYD Ipoh showroom enhances access to BYD EVs and after-sales services for local residents.

Sime Darby Motors Southeast Asia's Managing Director, Mr. Jeffrey Gan, meantime, underlined the company's dedication to growing BYD's footprint in Malaysia through reliable partners and facilitating everyone's access to BYD's EV technology.

According to Mr. Ernie Goh, Dealer Principal of Goh Brothers Cars, the BYD brand to Ipoh's town centre which would ease customers convenience when it comes to purchase and servicing of their vehicles.

BYD currently operates a total of 14 showrooms across Malaysia, with plans to open six more soon.
