JLR Malaysia clinches its fourth Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) award at this year's JLR Retailer Awards
Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) is continuing to uphold its winning track record, as the firm recently clinched its fourth Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) award at the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards 2022/2023. This momentous occasion also marks the third consecutive year JLRM has bagged this award, with its current hot streak starting back in 2021.
Recognising top Jaguar Land Rover retailers from across the region, the annual Retailer of the Year Award is given to dealers who managed to the highest standards in delivering exceptional retail customer experiences. Nominees are assessed against specific performance criteria in three distinct categories – marketing, sales, and customer service, as well as staff training and retailer presentation.

Aside from its triple winning streak, JLRM first clinched this prestigious award way back in 2018/2019 edition, where it peeps 13 other dealers from various countries across the Asia Pacific region to clinch the grand prize. After a pandemic-induced hiatus, the firm clawed back to its winning ways, clinching the previous two editions in 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 respectively.
