Chery Malaysia Initiates Chery To Chery Special Trade-In Campaign
Still own and drive an older Chery model like the Eastar pictured above? Then here's your chance to upgrade to a newer one through Chery Malaysia's special 'Chery To Chery Trade-In Campaign' that was just announced earlier today.
Chery Malaysia announced a special ‘Chery To Chery Trade-In Campaign’ earlier today. Poised to woo loyal owners with older Chery models to trade-in and upgrade to any of the brand’s latest offerings, the campaign features special incentive for these loyal customers to do so.
According to Chery Malaysia, this initiative aims to enhance the ownership experience through a simplified trade-in process with exclusive incentives, especially for these loyal customers. The campaign starts from Feb 9 at all authorised Chery dealerships nationwide - like this one.
Through this campaign, owners trading-in their older Chery models – i.e. the Eastar and Maxime – for a newer one – i.e. the Omoda 5 and Tiggo 8 Pro – will benefit with up to RM3,000 added on top of the trade-in offer price given (T&Cs applied).
Chery Malaysia did not specify how long it intends to run this campaign for. Nevertheless, this is certainly one very enticing offer, especially for customers that currently own and drive either of the brand’s older models mentioned.
This campaign sees owners trading in older models like the Eastar (top) benefiting with up to RM3,000 added on top of the trade-in value offered when upgrading to a newer model like the Omoda 5 (bottom, left) and Tiggo 8 Pro (bottom, right).
Concurrently, in light of the upcoming Chinese New Year festivities, Chery Malaysia also announced a series of special activities being held at all of the brand’s outlets nationwide. This Chinese New Year initiative is set to run throughout this month from Feb 9 until Feb 24.
During this period, visitors to these Chery brand outlets can participate in various fun family-friendly activities such as Chinese calligraphy writing, art of Chinese paper-cutting workshops, as well as various games plus traditional lion dance performances.
For this year, Chery Malaysia is poised to expand its range starting with the all-electric Omoda E5 (top) next month, followed by the Tiggo 7 Pro (bottom, left) and Tiggo 4 Pro (bottom, right).
Looking ahead, Chery Malaysia is poised to enjoy yet another stellar year since officially re-entering the market late last year. The brand currently offers both the locally assembled (CKD) Omoda 5 compact crossover and larger Tiggo 8 Pro D-segment SUV with three-rows of seats.
Next month (March), the firm is set to break into the local electric vehicle (EV) market with the all-electric Omoda E5 offering. After which, two more models are expected to launch this year, those being the Tiggo 7 Pro and the Tiggo 4 Pro.
