Gentari DCFC At Petronas RnR Kundang & Gunung Semanggol - RM1.50/kWh

Gentari has activated two (2) additional DC charging locations along the highway network. This comes as the firm’s response to the government's request for more fast charging points to reduce range anxiety among EV users.
The two new locations are Petronas RnR Kundang Eastbound in Rawang and Petronas RnR Gunung Semanggol Southbound in Perak.

The Petronas RnR Kundang Eastbound charging station sees two EV chargers - a CCS2 two-nozzle 60 kW and a 30 kW unit with both CCS2 and CHAdeMO nozzles. The charging rate at this location starts at RM1.50/kWh for 60 kW DC chargers and RM0.60/minute for 30 kW units.
At Petronas RnR Gunung Semanggol Southbound, there’s now a 150kW Kempower DC charger with three (3) satellite units serving three EV charging bays (EVCB). The charging rate here is set at RM1.50 per kWh.

The addition of these two locations is greatly appreciated, especially since the Hari Raya holidays are less than a month away, which will see one of the country's largest mass migrations as city dwellers travel to celebrate in their hometown.

In addition to these, two (2) more AC charging stations have been made available to users at Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall in Kuala Lumpur. These two locations had been pending activation since late last year. Both malls gets two 11kW AC chargers, each with a fixed charging rate of RM0.10 per minute.
Thanks to the roaming partnership between these CPOs, all Gentari chargers are accessible via the Gentari Go, Jomcharge, or ChargEV apps.
