Chery Tiggo 8 Pro Gains New Special Colour, Limited To Just 120 Units

In conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, a limited 120-unit allocation of the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro will be available in a special Aurora Green paintjob.
Chery Malaysia is taking the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations in full spirit by preparing a special limited-run allocation of its Tiggo 8 Pro D-segment SUV model dressed in Aurora Green paintwork. Announced earlier today, this special hue is limited to just 120 units.
Chery Malaysia notes that this exclusive shade of green adds a touch of sophistication to its flagship three-row SUV offering. Apart from which, there appears to be no other changes highlighted by the Chinese carmaker’s Malaysian arm.
Effectively, the base Tiggo 8 Pro’s mechanical specifications and on board kit are presumed to be unchanged, which isn’t bad news entirely. We’ve already sampled this three-row SUV prior, and you can read our in-depth take of which by clicking here.

As a refresher though, the Tiggo 8 Pro is powered by 2.0-litre 4-cyl turbocharged petrol heart outputting 256 HP and 390 NM. Paired with a 7-speed DCT automatic box, this package promises a respectable average fuel economy of 7.4 litres/100 KM.
As for kit, the Tiggo 8 Pro boasts a massive 24.6-inch digital dual-display module which sees its infotainment half offering wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as 540-degree panoramic view parking camera, amongst many other features.
That last feature is also tied to the barrage of active driving assistance (ADAS) features primed as standard. In turn, this also grants this left-field D-segment SUV fighter with a high-degree of semi-autonomous driving ability, bolstering its overall safety too.

Despite the special limited-run paint, this version of Chery’s flagship SUV commands the same base price of RM159,800 as the standard version. Given its limited numbers, keen prospects are advised to visit their nearest Chery dealership today to secure theirs.
Included in said price is a 7-year or 150,000 KM warranty package with 5-year complimentary labour service. Customers can opt to extend the latter up to 10 years or 1,000,000 KM via Chery Malaysia’s optional Extended Warranty Package priced at RM2,000.
Available next to it too is the recently announced Extra Peace of Mind Package that adds a 7-year service plan on top of the decade- or 1,000,000 KM-long warranty, priced at RM11,600.
