Production-Ready Kia EV3 Teased Ahead of May 23rd Debut

Kia has released a set of teaser images for its latest compact EV SUV, the EV3, which will make its global debut on May 23.
The preview shots highlight the EV3's striking, geometric design and aggressive flair, including boxy rear fenders and a sharply formed tailgate. The EV3's unique Star Map illumination is a prominent element, lending the vehicle a futuristic appearance.

As previewed in its concept twin, the new EV3's design is based on the ideas of Kia's flagship EV9, which had its Malaysian debut last week, and adheres to Kia's globally acclaimed 'Opposites United' design concept. This strategy maintains a consistent style throughout Kia's lineup while allowing each model to be different at the same time.
Kia's introduction of the EV3 intends to make electric mobility more affordable, following the success of the EV6 and EV9. Despite its small size, which is comparable to the Volvo EX30 and the Hyundai Kona, the EV3 is fully equipped with sophisticated technologies that promise to deliver remarkable driving performance.
