Refreshed Nissan 3S Centre Open In Muar, Johor
ETCM saw dealers NM Supreme Nissan officially open its revamped Nissan 3S centre in MUar, Johor, earlier this week
Nissan brand distributors Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) sees its on-going efforts to revise its brand outlets nationwide. The latest to undergo this treatment is the Nissan 3S centre located in Muar, Johor.
Announced by ETCM earlier this week, the Nissan brand’s 3S outlet in Muar has undergone a major revamp to feature the Japanese automaker’s latest Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) outlook. ETCM adds that this outlet’s refurbishment saw up to RM2 million invested for its revision.
The initiative to elevate Nissan dealerships by being NRC-compliant is to ensure that customers receive world-class service at top-notch facilities, in line with the explains Khoo Cheng Pah, CEO of ETCM.
Operated by dealers NM Supreme Nissan, the 8,428 square feet outlet in Muar now houses a brand new customer lounge featuring contemporary furnishing, relaxed ambience, high-speed wi-fi internet access, as well as complimentary F&B refreshments.
That aside, the outlet continues to house a sizeable showroom space that now adopts the Nissan brand’s latest Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) outlook. Housed under the same roof too is a full-fledged service centre that occupies over 4,000 square feet.
Featuring four bays manned by six certified service staff, the service centre mentioned is capable of servicing up to 16 cars daily, or up to 352 cars monthly. As for operation hours, this service centre operates Mondays through Fridays from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, and on Saturdays from 8:30AM to 1PM.
Visitors keen to visit the showroom, on the other hand, can do so anytime between 9AM to 6PM from Mondays through Saturdays, as well as from 10AM to 5 PM on Sundays. Take note that both the showroom and service centre are closed on public holidays.
