MINI Malaysia Introduces MINI Geniuses to Enhance Customer Experience

MINI Malaysia has introduced the new MINI Geniuses program, in a bid to enhance consumer connection points while offering a personalised touch.
The first cohort of MINI Geniuses in Malaysia involved six dealerships, namely Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur, Auto Bavaria Balakong, Auto Bavaria Tebrau, Wheelcorp Premium Setia Alam, and Ingress Auto Bangsar, where each one of them have been successfully trained to provide personalised care for each and every MINI customer.
Benjamin Nagel, Managing Director of BMW Group Malaysia, commented, “We understand that purchasing a new vehicle is a deeply personal experience for many. With Mini Geniuses, our current and future MINIacs will receive expert guidance and personalised attention, ensuring they fully understand each feature and function of their dream Mini vehicle.”

He further mentioned that this tailored assistance not only helps them make informed decisions but also fosters a deeper connection with their MINI. From the start of their MINI journey, customers can truly experience ‘Big Love’ through these dedicated interactions.
The six carefully chosen candidates for MINI Geniuses program underwent intensive training at the BMW Group Regional Training Centre in Cyberjaya with the goal to improve the MINI customer experience even more.

In order to give MINI consumers a pressure-free sales atmosphere, these professionals were taught to handle the difficulties of retail by utilising their affinity for new media and contemporary technologies.
By concentrating on familiarising clients with every facet of the MINI portfolio—from conducting needs analysis and product presentations to organising test drives—their function enhances that of a sales advisor.
