Launched: 2025 BMW M340i xDrive M Sport Pro – RM388,800

BMW Group Malaysia has further expanded its 2025 MY 3 Series lineup by launching the M340i xDrive M Sport Pro.
BMW Group Malaysia has further expanded its 2025 Model Year (2025 MY) lineup of the G20-gen 3 Series by launching the all-new 2025 BMW M340i xDrive M Sport Pro. Unlike the 50-unit-only M340i Edition 50 Jahre launched earlier this year, this locally-assembled (CKD) M340i will be widely available at RM388,800 sans insurance.
Said price is already inclusive of the BMW Group Malaysia Premium Ownership Experience, which adds the BMW Roadside Assistance & Accident Hotline, plus the BMW Service online. At an additional price of RM26,400, buyers can further expand the standard 2-year warranty to a 5-year extended warranty and service package courtesy of the BMW Service & Repair Inclusive (BSRI).

Similar to the M340i Edition 50 Jahre, the new M340i xDrive M Sport Pro is powered by BMW’s signature 3.0-litre turbocharged straight-six B58 engine that churns out 387 PS and 500 Nm. Paired with a ZF-sourced 8-speed automatic transmission and the xDrive all-wheel drive (AWD) system, the new M340i can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds before hitting the limiter at 250 km/h.
Besides the B58 engine, the M340i also harnesses several M Sport performance bits as standard, including the Adaptive M suspension, M Sport differential, and Variable Sport Steering.

On the visual front, the 2025 MY M340i xDrive M Sport Pro looks quite similar to its previous iterations, featuring the sportiest stance compared to other G20-gen 3 Series variants. Given its M Sport name, the M340i comes standard with both the M Lights Shadowline and M Aerodynamics packages, with the latter including a sportier M Sport bodykit, and an M rear spoiler.

Also present here are the new 19-inch double-spoked M light alloy wheels with M Sport Brakes in high-gloss red, dual tailpipes, plus a few M high-gloss Shadowline trims. Not to forget, four exterior colourways are available for the new M340i, namely Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Arctic Race Blue, and M Brooklyn Grey.

Inside, the new M340i xDrive M Sport Pro cabin features a combination of sporty and luxurious design, with the latter coming in the form of the Sensatec perforated upholstery in either Tacora Red or Black, luxury instrument panel, and galvanic control buttons. Some M Sport parts can also be found here, including the M seat belts, Aluminium Rhombicle Anthracite M interior trim, M Sport door sill plates, M headline anthracite, and three-spoke M leather steering wheel with red centre marker.

Buyers can also find key tech amenities like the BMW Curved Display with a 12.3-inch digital metre cluster and a larger 14.9-inch central infotainment screen—both powered by BMW OS 8.5. The dual-screen setup is further enhanced by packages like the BMW Live Cockpit, ConnectedDrive Services, Connected Package Professional, and many more. Rounding off the cabin amenities list are the 16-speaker Harman Kardon surround sound system, a panoramic sunroof, multi-colour ambient lights, an anti-dazzle rearview mirror, and many more.
On the safety front, the new M340i xDrive M Sport Pro comes equipped with the BMW Driving Assistant package, which adds ADAS functions like Active Cruise Control (ACC) with Stop & Go, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Forward Collision Warning (FCW) with brake intervention, and the Park Assistance Plus package.
