1,400 hp SUV? 3 Wildest Things To See At Zeekr’s KLIMS 2026 Booth This 12-21 June
![]()
Chinese premium EV player Zeekr isn't playing any guessing games for its showcase at the Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) 2026. Heading over to MITEC, the brand is putting its most ambitious, jaw-dropping flagships front and center.
If you are planning to check out the show floor at Level 2 (Booth 6B02-C) between June 12 to 21, here are the three wildest mechanical highlights you absolutely cannot miss.
1. The 1,400 PS "Hangzhou Bay Cullinan" (Zeekr 9X)

The biggest shocker at the stand isn't just a pure EV, it's a massive plot twist. The newly debuted Zeekr 9X marks the brand's very first shift away from battery-only power into a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrain.

Don't let the hybrid badge fool you into thinking it's slow. Under the hood sits a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine paired with a mind-boggling tri-motor setup. In its absolute highest spec, it churns out an absurd 1,400 PS and 1,410 Nm of torque. Despite weighing well over three tonnes, it launches from 0-100 km/h in a hypercar-matching 3.1 seconds. Visually, its towering chrome-grilled presence has earned it the nickname of China's "Cullinan."
2. A Private First-Class Jet Trimmed in Marble (Zeekr 009 Grand)

If the standard six-seater Zeekr 009 wasn't exclusive enough for your liking, the ultra-luxurious 009 Grand takes things to a whole different stratosphere. Designed specifically to challenge elite multi-million ringgit luxury MPVs like the Lexus LM, this range-topping version deletes the rear rows completely to create a hyper-exclusive 2+2 layout.

Passengers in the back get independent captain's chairs with massage functions, their own private massive television display screen for media consumption, and real Himalayan marble trim integrated directly into the cabin housing. It's an all-wheel-drive lounge on wheels putting out 788 PS, hitting highway speeds from a standstill in just 3.9 seconds.
3. The Electric Hatch That Deleted Its Own Door Handles (2026 Zeekr X Facelift)

Moving down to the more compact end of the booth, the updated 2026 Zeekr X facelift brings a massive dose of quirky consumer tech. Scheduled for an official local launch by the end of Q2, the refreshed premium urban crossover shifts design boundaries by removing traditional exterior door handles entirely.
Instead of flush handles, the doors are operated via integrated electric popper buttons mounted directly onto the B- and C-pillars. The tech updates continue inside with newly added massaging front seats, while the top-spec Flagship AWD trim receives a power bump up to 496 PS and 573 Nm of torque, giving this everyday compact shape enough muscle to outrun serious sports cars.
Where to find them
You can catch this trio alongside the rest of the lineup at Level 2, Booth 6B02-C inside MITEC. Doors open from 10 am to 8 pm on weekdays, stretching out until 10 pm on weekends and public holidays.
