The virtual showroom comes equipped with a 360-degree view of both the exterior and exterior of the vehicle, which also allows customers to get a closer view of the vehicle with the zoom in and out feature.
On top of that, the vehicles in the virtual showroom come with a clickable interactive button that allows customers to view additional information and key features of the car. Also included will be a gallery with added images of the cars from different angles.
The test drive TU feature is a first for the company which launched in May 2020. This feature permits customers to be able to test drive Mitsubishi vehicles all without even getting off the couch. In order to virtually test drive the car, customers are advised to follow the few simple steps stated in the virtual showroom page for an authorized dealer to bring the model selected to the preferred location.
As for customers who are interested in booking a car but do not prefer to go to the showroom, they can opt to contacting MMM authorized dealers in the site for booking assistance that include loans as well as insurance applications.
Following that, in collaboration with MyTukar, the company is offering a special trade-in deal for existing customers that trade in their Mitsubishi vehicle through the virtual showroom. To receive this promotion, customers are required to submit a trade-in assist form online.
Not only that, customers can request for the car inspection, handover, transfer of ownership and the collection of the sold car to be handled at any location fitting the convenience of the customers.
He added, “We have always believed in creating a walk-through experience and this online showroom is an extension from getting to know the product, test-drive at customer’s convenience, and communication with the dealer to finalize the purchase journey. We want to offer our customers a safe purchase of their Mitsubishi model without the need of leaving their homes.”
For further convenience, the company has also revealed the MITSUBISHI CONNECT mobile application in honour of the continuation of the after sales service via digital platform. This application allows various vehicle-related digital services that include scheduling service appointments, keeping track of vehicle maintenance history and receiving reminders for their next car service.
