The Glamorous Playboy Big Bunny Private Jet

Hugh Hefner founded Playboy in 1953 as a men's lifestyle and an eponymous magazine where it is famous among celebrities in the entertainment industry.

Around November 2021, Playboy introduced its revamped jet plane to host "once-in-a-lifetime dinner parties in the sky". The Big Bunny is a Bombardier Global Express private jet with a Black and white silhouette bunny logo on the tail.

Playboy was a swinging empire with clubs, hotels, casinos, mansions, and a jet in its glory days. Previously, the company has reinvented its Big Bunny private jet to bring in celebrities and fashion moguls to spend their entire day in a jet plane.

In the early 1970s, one of the most recognizable jet planes was a DC-9 aircraft coloured in all black. Also known as Mansion in the Sky, the elite private jet hosted a list of superstars at that era such as Cher, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, LeRoy Neiman, Barbi Benton and more.

As you walk through, guests may also find sheepskin and leather seating in its driver seats, Playboy archived artwork, custom-dyed cognac crocodile-embossed leather wall coverings in the bathroom, emerald natural stone countertops, and custom herringbone carpeting.

The exquisite details don’t stop there! The recreated luxurious jet plane serves 13 passengers with a gourmet kitchen, lavish living room, full-stack bar, and a state-of-the-art theatre sound system.

Then, entering the aft cabin, two mohair upholstered sofas are wrapped over two cashmere jacquard blankets embroidered with the tail number N950PB.

We can also see specially made upholstered seats with the Rabbit Head logo and deep green upholstered couches in the back of the cabin that looks like a private library and a backgammon board as one of its games.

Another great feature of the jet is its inflight dining. A Gold-trimmed porcelain plate and drinks that pops up from the centre of the cabin? Whoa! The Big Bunny offers a first-class luxury travel experience for its guests, and with Bluetooth capabilities, everyone can blast their music via the plane’s entertainment system.

"It doesn’t just take you somewhere — being on the plane is a journey in and of itself,” said vice president of global brand and franchise strategy at Playboy, Anna Ondaatje.
