Image-1-(1).JPG Jetour Malaysia has introduced the Jetour Malaysia Club at its first official owner gathering in the country, signalling a shift towards building a more structured owner community as the brand expands locally.

The event brought together Jetour  Dashing and VT9 owners for a convoy drive from Bamboo Hills in Kuala Lumpur to Resorts World Awana in Genting. The turnout marked the brand’s first organised engagement session with Malaysian customers since entering the market. Image-5.jpgImage-4.jpgImage-3.jpg
The newly formed club is positioned as a platform for owners to connect and participate in future brand-led activities. Beyond regular meet-ups, it is expected to serve as a channel for feedback, information sharing and early access initiatives.

One of the key highlights of the gathering was a preview drive of the upcoming Jetour T2. Club members were given early access to experience the SUV ahead of its wider public test drive programme.

The drive route around Genting provided varied road conditions, allowing participants to evaluate the T2’s driving dynamics, ride comfort and overall practicality. Image-6.jpgImage-7.jpg
In addition to the convoy, Jetour Malaysia conducted a “JETOUR 101 Car Clinic” session focused on basic vehicle maintenance awareness.

The workshop covered practical topics such as interpreting instrument cluster warning indicators, checking engine oil levels, monitoring brake fluid and coolant, and assessing tyre condition.

“This inaugural owner event reflects how we are bringing our Travel+ strategy to life and our commitment to elevating the ownership journey in Malaysia "We believe that customer engagement does not end at the point of purchase. Through the JETOUR Malaysia Club, educational initiatives such as our JETOUR 101 Car Clinic, and the continued expansion of our support network, we are cultivating a connected and confident owner community while strengthening our aftersales foundation," said Mr Fu Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Jetour Malaysia.

The firm currently operates 31 authorised sales and service centres nationwide, including East Malaysia. The network consists of 1S, 2S, 3S and 4S facilities covering sales, service, spare parts, and body and paint support.
In terms of aftersales coverage, all vehicles are backed by a 10-year or 1,000,000 km engine warranty, a 7-year or 150,000 km vehicle warranty, and five complimentary services, including labour and parts.
