Previously, many were still wondering  whether the government would 'loosen' the use of face masks or not, the question was finally answered.

For your information, starting May 1, the wearing of face masks outside the building (outdoor), is no longer mandatory.

If you are still skeptical, wearing face masks outdoors and open areas can still be practiced yet optional.

As you know, the use of face masks is highly recommended because face masks can reduce the spread of infection.

Here are the new SOPs starting May 1, 2022:

1. Test & Release Protocol for Covid-19 Positive Cases

2. MySejahtera QR Code Scan is NOT REQUIRED!

3. Procedures For Travelers

4. No vaccine, can enter the premises

Hereby, admission to the premises is allowed regardless of vaccination status. Remember, Individuals who are NOT allowed are those who are Covid-19 positive and who are undergoing quarantine (HSO).
