A new and largest manufacturing Ford factory is being constructed in BlueOval City, Tennessee.
By 2025, the six square miles hub will be ready to produce electrified Ford models, especially an all-new electric truck that Ford describes as "revolutionary."
According to the firm, the project costs RM 26 billion ($5.6 billion) investment and plans to hire 6,000 new workers that share the target to produce 2 million EVs per year by the end of 2026.
"With Chevrolet and Ram developing electric trucks that differ significantly from their internal-combustion counterparts, it's possible that Ford is developing something similar to sell alongside the F-150’’commented Ford CEO Jim Farley
