KIA announces August 2022 global sales record

 In August 2022, Kia Corporation reported total global sales of 239,887 units which saw a 10.4 percent increase year on year (YoY).

The Sportage sold 39,281 units globally in August, followed by the Seltos, which sold 26,097 units. Following next, the K3 sedan achieved global sales of 19,776 units in August.

As reported, the Sportage and Seltos ranked as the best-selling models.

Kia is currently planning to adjust its production in line with inventory status flexibly and to minimize production disruption as a response to the market's current difficulties.
