Fancy a FREE train ride? Well as a Rapid Rail and any e-hailing service frequent user, now you can. Rapid KL is offering redeemable free rides through its Rapid KL MyJourney campaign. This applied to all rail services be it the LRT, MRT or Monorail.

To participate, all you need to do is first get yourself a Rapid KL MyJourney card from at any LRT/MRT or Monorail stations customer service counter. Scan the QR-code on the card and fill in your details as advised. Just like that you're all set to start collecting the points.

Now to collect the points, all you have to do is present your e-hailing receipt and your MyJourney card each trip to the customer service officer at the counter for validation and you will be presented with a stamp on the MyJourney card.

Rewards are given on a tier of 6, 12 and 18 stamps. With 6 stamps, you would be entitled to redeem a one-way ride token, while with 12 stamps you would redeem for a 1 day MyCity pass. Those who have 18 accumulated stamps would be able to exchange it for a 3 day MyCity pass.

All the token and pass redeemed is transferable to anyone you wish to pass it on too. However, do take note that this campaign is only open to those using any e-hailing services to get to the Rapid stations, those using Rapid KL, Go Buses and private vehicles do not qualify for this campaign. This campaign is set to run from 1 September 2022 to 28 February 2023 which is the final day for all complimentary ride redemption.
