Following up on the the road bullying incident which happened on the 23 Dec 2022, whereby an individual going by the handle @zabedabedoo posted on Twitter where her 27 year old e-hailing driver driving Perodua Bezza  was involved in an altercation with another driver driving a Nissan Sentra bearing the registration number PHF8871.

It was reported the Nissan Sentra had suddenly cut from the right lane which was intended for U-turn into the left lane which is meant for traffic heading straight or turning left/right at the Jalan SS8/2 Sungei Way, Kelana Jaya underpass opposite Western Digital which led to the Perodua Bezza driver honking to show his displeasure, however when the traffic light turned green, the Sentra in show of anger didn’t drive off but remained still resulting in a second honk from the Bezza driver which started this whole fiasco.

From the video uploaded, we see the Sentra driver forcing the Bezza driver to stop, took a rattan baton and acted as though he wanted to hit the Bezza driver. The incident was broken up by a passing motorcyclist, and both went back to their respective vehicles.

Following that both the Bezza driver and the passenger who made the incident viral was asked to lodge a police report. Based on that the police just issued a media statement that an arrest was made on 26 Dec 2022 at 3.20pm by the Petaling Jaya Crime Investigation division along Jalan Penchala, Petaling Jaya.

According to the statement, the aggressor is being remanded for three days from 27 December to 29 December 2022 and is being investigated under Section 506 of the Penal Code and Section 14 of the Minor Offences Act 1955.
