- Motorcyclist Died After Hitting Road Divider On SUKE
On Saturday (Dec 3), a motorcyclist was killed in a late-night accident on the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE).
Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Farouk Eshak said in a statement on Sunday (Dec 4) that the victim, a man in his twenties, lost control of his motorcycle after a turn near KM18.9.
"He then entered the (oncoming) lane before colliding with a divider.
"The resulting fall left him with head and facial injuries.
"He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical officers from Hospital Ampang," he said.
According to ACP Mohamad Farouk, there are no CCTV cameras at the location.
"We ask witnesses to share information by contacting traffic investigation officer Insp Muhamad Yusaiful Muhamat Basir at 011-1307 8348," he added.
