It appears that the Road Transport Department (JPJ) had an interruption to its mySIKAP services.

As posted on its official facebook page, the service breaks down starting from today (Friday)6PM to 6AM and continues to be out of service until April 9 (Sunday).

Accordingly, it could be the system is dealing with maintenance upgrades, hence users may check on the system possibly next week once the system is fully recovered.

Aside from that, you should know that services that are provided by JPJ include its counter services like its branches and state HQ, public and business partner portals.

This also comprises other services such as integration with other agencies and business partners, e-wallet payment for vehicle entry permits (VEP), the MyJPJ app, JPJ eBid number plate bidding as well as JPJ kiosks.
