New Admiral Residence luxury high-rise condominium located in Kota Laksamana, Malacca.

Developed by Tanjung Ratna Sdn Bhd, the new Admiral Residence luxury high-rise condominium marked a major milestone this month following a key handover ceremony by its developers to its buyers. Present to grace said ceremony was Malacca Chief Minister YAB Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh.

Touted as a unique project thanks to its strategic location in the heart of Kota Laksamana district, Admiral Residence stands as a pure residential title condominium that comprises a total of 1,440 units. Impressively, developers Tanjung Ratna Sdn Bhd has also successfully see up to  99.6% of these units sold, thus reflecting the strong demand and positive market response for such a development.

Admiral Residence stands as the first development of its kind in Malacca state to feature EV charging points powered by ChargeSini.

Crucially, this new condominium also stands as one of the first major development in Malacca state to feature EV charging points supplied by local EV charging solutions provider ChargeSini. During the ceremony mentioned earlier, VIPs and guests were given a firsthand view of the EV charging space devised for the luxury property by ChargeSini.

Strategically located at the ground level parking of Admiral Residence are three dedicated paring bays, each primed with ChargeSini’s signature Nexus AC wallbox chargers. Paired with each too is ChargeSini’s proprietary automated parking barrier system, which is designed to better manage user access to these charging points too.

Additionally, these new EV charging points in Admiral Residence sees ChargeSini’s network in the historic city-state growing further too. These will now now cater to EV users based in Malacca alongside other key facilities located within the state such as the Oriental Straits Medical Centre, as well as the Swan Garden Hotel that was just recently rebranded as MINI EV charging stations.

Apart from powering up this new EV charging points in Admiral Residence, the local start-up recently held a fundraiser, where it successfully raised over RM 5 million. You can read more about it by clicking these blue words.
