Honda N-BOX Generation 3 Coming In Q4 2023 - Improved Space & Practicality
Honda Japan has announced yesterday that the new N-BOX will be released in Q4 of 2023, with pre-orders beginning in August. This third-generation N-BOX is designed to cater towards a wider range of user requirements, providing for a fun and adaptable mode of transport for everyone.
From the outside the N-BOX has the recognizable classic square shape featuring high-quality design components, while on the inside it provides for a feeling of openness with the space availability and driving comfort.
Two variants of N-BOX would be made available, the regular N-BOX, which has a simple and urban design and the N-BOX CUSTOM, which has a more sporty appearance.
The N-BOX has a clean design with a rounded front facia and eye-shaped headlamps. For those wanting more, there is also the option to opt for a "fashion" option which would have including off-white door mirrors, door handles, and full wheel caps that are all body colour matched.
The N-BOX CUSTOM, on the other hand, has a striking three-dimensional front grille, horizontal front lights, and LED headlights for those who wish to stand out. The N-BOX CUSTOM will also have a unique aero design for a dynamic high-performance appearance. A special package is available for individuals who want a coordinated and strong and distinct appearance which features elements such as a dark chrome-plated front grille, rear licence plate garnish, black alloy wheels, and the option of a two-tone body paint with a black roof.
Inside, the N-BOX provides a roomy ambiance reminiscent of a living room. Grip-shaped door handles on the trunk side lining make it easier for even childrens and elderly people to enter and exit.
All N-BOX will feature the latest Honda SENSING features and a 7-inch TFT liquid crystal instrument cluster with easy-to-read information. A 9-inch infotainment system with the latest Honda CONNECT feature also comes standard. In terms of storage, the N-BOX will include a spacious glove box and a larger side pocket in the back seat for greater convenience.
The N-BOX design concept is based on Honda's original M/M concept, which provides the most interior room in its class as well as great driving visibility. The horizontal tone on the instrument panel makes it easier for the driver to detect the vehicle's breadth and roll position.
Visibility has been improved by relocating the side under mirror from the left front pillar to the door mirror, which improves safety during reverse parking and provides a better view of the front left side.
