- ChargeSini Introduces In-app Wallet & Switches to kWh-Pricing
ChargeSini has climbed the ranks to become the country's second most active charge point operator (CPO) in terms of EV charger rollout. They have so far deployed 582 electric vehicle charging bays (EVCB) with 118 DC plugs and 464 AC plugs.
ChargeSini's primary goal remains to establish a strong presence in a variety of settings, such as high-rise residential buildings, restaurants, retail centres/malls, hotels, and tourist attractions.
With this CPO's successful exponential growth, it has continuously rolled out updates to its app and business module in order to provide customers with the best user experience when it comes to charging their EV.
In accordance with this, ChargeSini recently released two (2) updates to its business module. The first change would be a switch from per-minute charging to per-kWh charging, which is preferred by users. Its AC charging points now cost RM1.09 per kWh, while DC charging points cost RM1.19 per kWh instead.
The second update to the ChargeSini app would be the integration of a wallet system, which would aid in providing its users with a smooth charging experience. Users are assured that there will be no hiccups when making payments to charge their EV if their bank's payment system is down by having an integrated in-app wallet.
Users would simply need to top up their ChargeSini wallet with their credit/debit card in order to use it. To top up the wallet, fixed denominations of RM50, RM100, RM200, RM300, or RM500 are accepted.
Users will rewarded up to 10% of their credited amount as an introductory promotion for the ChargeSini wallet launch. However, only top-ups of RM300 and RM500 will be eligible for the 10% bonus credit, while top-ups of RM200 will be eligible for the 5% bonus credit.
CariCarz.com understands that there is no set end date for this promotion. Nevertheless, users should take advantage of this opportunity to obtain this extra charging credit quickly in order to save on all of their EV charging needs.
