
Gentari Green Mobility currently operates 79 DC chargers across nine states including the Federal Territory and is rapidly expanding its reach in Asia Pacific.
Gentari Sdn Bhd (Gentari), through its subsidiary Gentari Green Mobility, plans to work with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM). Together, both firms will explore the potential of developing EV charging infrastructure, in addition to value-added services like customised charging subscription plans, in order to accelerate adoption of EVs in Malaysia.

The newly launched Mercedes-Benz EQE 500 4Matic SUV is priced from RM485,888.
Possible charging point operations would be developed together with EV Connection (EVC). Chargers would be placed at key strategic locations throughout Malaysia to facilitate long-distance driving and give EV drivers range confidence.
Deputy CEO of Gentari and CEO of Gentari Green Mobility Sdn Bhd, Shah Yang Razalli said that the company is eager to deepen its partnership with MBM to shift the EV sector to the next gear.

According to Amanda Zhang, CEO and president of MBM, the strategic collaboration is consistent with the company's Electric only vision and represents a significant step towards sustainable mobility in Malaysia.

For the record, Gentari Green Mobility has established partnerships with PLUS, BMW, Proton, Lotus, and Sime Darby to explore collaborations in the deployment of green mobility infrastructure.
