CnP_17122024_142943.jpg According to Rapid KL, all rail, BRT, and bus hub customer service counters will temporarily suspend My50 pass renewals from December 23, 2024, until January 31, 2025.
existing customers would not be able to renew their My50 pass until they have used it up to the expiration date, it said in a statement. However, the new My50 passes remain available for purchase at any counter without any issues even though early renewals will be temporarily unavailable.
According to an announcement by the company, the suspension is necessary to allow for an upgrading to the My50 pass sales system to increase the platform's ability to better serve the increasing number of My50 pass users.
