smart Malaysia has unveiled a unique customer loyalty program leveraging blockchain technology just like crypto-currency through the Geno W3-D2C system.

This initiative introduces an innovative rewards ecosystem anchored by smart Points, a blockchain-backed rewards currency that never expires, ensuring reliability and flexibility for users. By integrating blockchain-based smart contracts, the platform guarantees transparency and security, enhancing customer trust.

Multiple Ways to Earn Points:

  • Social-to-Earn: Users can earn points by participating in social media activities, such as liking, sharing, posting updates, or even being featured by the brand.
  • Referral-to-Earn: Customers are rewarded for inviting friends to experience the smart brand through actions like signing up, test driving, or purchasing a vehicle.
  • Drive-to-Earn: A future feature, this will allow smart car owners to earn points by sharing driving data to help enhance product offerings.

smart Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, enhancing the customer experience and providing tangible value. Redemption options include exclusive merchandise available on the Hello smart App and free EV charging sessions, offering a cost-effective way for EV owners to recharge. Every 100 smart points is equivalent to RM1.
