Heavy traffic is expected in Bukit Jalil and nearby areas of Klang Valley tomorrow (Apr 26) due to a major concert and the Malaysia Cup final, which are expected to draw over 100,000 attendees.

The Malay Mail reports that traffic congestion is expected to begin as early as 5 p.m. and continue until midnight. To avoid the traffic jams, the public is encouraged to utilize public transportation.

For those wanting to commute on the train, Rapid KL has extended the operating hours of the LRT Sri Petaling Line, which provides direct access to the Bukit Jalil LRT station, conveniently located near both venues. For those who still prefer to drive, you can use these alternative routes to avoid heavy traffic: Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) towards Sri Petaling, Sungai Besi-Ulu Klang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) from Cheras and Ampang, and SMART Tunnel from KL city centre.
