If you’ve been holding off on paying your traffic summonses, now might be the perfect time to clear them.

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) is offering a 50% discount on selected traffic offences in conjunction with Minggu Perpaduan 2025 Peringkat Kebangsaan, happening from July 17 to 20 at Stadium Negeri Pulau Pinang, Batu Kawan.

While the full list of eligible offences hasn’t been confirmed, past campaigns usually exclude more serious violations, like running red lights, using emergency lanes and reckless overtaking

In addition, accident-related cases, non-compoundable offences, court summonses, loud exhaust modifications, and heavy vehicle infractions and tickets issued under Op Selamat also typically don’t qualify.

Even so, it’s a great opportunity for many drivers to settle their fines at half the cost. If you're planning to take advantage of the offer, just log in to the MyBayar PDRM app to check which of your summonses are eligible before making payment.
