Chery Corporate Malaysia took centre stage at the 2025 Chery International User Summit in Wuhu, China, unveiling a confident roadmap for its next phase of growth.

Held under the theme “Co-Create, Co-Define: The New Move,” the summit outlined Chery’s diversified multi-brand strategy aimed at meeting the full spectrum of Malaysian consumer needs.

The event brought together more than 2,000 representatives from over 100 countries, underscoring Chery’s expanding global footprint and user-centric vision. For Chery Corporate Malaysia, it marked a milestone moment in aligning global innovation with local insight.

A key highlight was the debut of the world’s first seven-seater Transformable Multi-SUV during “Brand Night.” Developed with feedback from over 40,000 users worldwide, including Malaysia, the model embodies Chery’s co-creation philosophy.

Executive Deputy General Manager Zheng Songzhi described it as “a physical expression of Chery’s co-create and co-define vision.” Its unique “6=1” layout allows six flexible cabin configurations, blending versatility and practicality for modern families.

Omoda and Jaecoo also celebrated a strong performance, recording 32,840 global sales in September 2025, a 39% year-on-year increase pushing cumulative sales past 630,000 units. Growth was robust in Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas, with new energy vehicles making up more than half of deliveries.

The brands’ innovation was highlighted by the Omoda 9 SHS, featuring quad-motor all-wheel-drive hybrid technology, and breakthroughs in hybrid and solid-state battery systems achieving 48% engine thermal efficiency. The AiMOGA-developed Mojia Robot also made an appearance, reflecting Omoda and Jaecoo’s focus on intelligent, sustainable mobility.

Executive Vice President Men Lin Bo said the event reflects the company’s transition into a comprehensive mobility solutions provider. He added that the active role of Malaysian users and partners ensures that every product introduced will resonate with local expectations and lifestyles.

The Wuhu summit reinforced Malaysia’s importance in Chery’s global strategy and underscored the company’s evolution toward innovation, co-creation, and intelligent mobility, all built around a future shaped with its users.
