The Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class is the 3rd generation series, which was introduced in three variants; the GLE 450 4Matic AMG Line, GLE 450 4Matic Coupe and the AMG GLE 53 4Matic Coupe. Prices range from RM 584,721 to RM 787,358. These prices do not include insurance but are inclusive of the sales and service tax. The GLE-Class highlights space, versatility and fuel efficiency.

The design is a modern and futuristic digital layout that gives a more commanding feel to the vehicle.

The instrument cluster is made up of the 12.3-inch full LCD supervision meter cluster.

The GLE 450 4Matic AMG Line comes with 7 seats for maximum comfort. All seats are finished in black leather and are electrically adjustable, as well as 60/40 split-folding second-row seats. Both the driver and front passenger seats come with heated features and memory functions.

The rear of the GLE 450 4Matic AMG Line displays their sleek design that focuses on the dual exhaust finishers that come with a chrome surround.

The front headlamps are Multibeam LED headlamps with Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus and LED daytime running lights.

The GLE 450 4Matic AMG Line and the AMG GLE 53 come equipped with 22-inch light-alloy wheels.

The GLE has the following active safety features; Distronic Plus with Pre-Safe Brake, Stability Control, Rear Impact Warning and Protection System, Airbag Disable Function, ABS/EBD, Blind Spot Info System, Steering Assist, Cross-Traffic Assist, Pre-Safe Plus and Pre-Safe Brake.

The passive features include seven airbags, ISOFIX in the second-row child seat anchors, reverse camera as well as front and rear parking sensors.

The driver assistance available are Active Distance Assistant Distronic, Active Parking Assist with Parktronic, Active Steering Assist, a 360-degree camera, the Driving Assistant package, Keyless-Go, a powered tailgate with hands-free access as well as the Pre-Safe system.

The average fuel consumption is approximately 9.2 l/100km.

The rear air vent is located behind the front occupant’s centre arm rest.
