Perodua Tweckbot Returns With New SOPs for Staff and Customers
After months of inactivity due to the Movement Control Order (MCO), the Perodua Tweckbot is resuming operations with health and safety measures now in place to protect both the company’s staff and customers.
The complimentary vehicle inspection service has begun, stationed at Tesco Extra Bukit Tinggi Klang this Saturday and Sunday (12th and 13th of September), from 9 am to 5 pm on both days.

Tweckbot offers 50 point inspections on Perodua vehicles and these include the engine, transmission, cooling system, brakes, power steering, clutch, tyres, suspension and the vehicles’ electronics.
All Tweckbot customers will be required to undergo temperature checks and will need to comply with contact tracing protocols as mandated by the government. Due to social distancing SOPs, Tweckbot stations will now feature a more spaced-out layout with marked areas for waiting, consultation, and vehicle inspection to minimise movement and contact. The entire station in itself will be evacuated and sanitised twice a day.

Perodua President and CEO, Dato’ Zainal Abidin Ahmad said “Our technicians will wear face shields at all times and every vehicle will be thoroughly sanitised before and after inspection. Physical distancing and the wearing of face masks apply at all times. For the protection of the public, the number of vehicles to be inspected has to be limited to a first-come, first-served basis,”.
The following is where you can catch the Perodua Tweckbot station in other locations, also from 9 am to 5 pm:
Tesco Extra Bukit Tinggi Klang – 12th to 3th September
Tesco Puncak Alam – 19th to 20th September
Tesco Extra Ampang – 26th to 27th September
Customers who inspect their vehicles with Tweckbot will get to enjoy a 20% discount voucher, redeemable for the purchase of selected parts and accessories at any authorised Perodua service centre. Terms and conditions apply.
