JPJ collects over RM2m from KFC number plate series
The results of Kedah’s KFC series was recently announced during a press conference on the 22 February. Leading the conference was Abdul Rahman Emang Anyie, Director of Kedah’s Road Transport Department.
According to JPJ Kedah, the series managed to accumulate up to RM2,108,364 with their eBids, as well as the purchase of receipts from bidders. The number of bidders recorded was 3,188. The highest winning bid was for “KFC 7” that came up to RM52,000, which was followed by “KFC 8” and “KFC 9” at RM 48,000.
JPJ eBid offers full transparency bidding that starts from the registered transaction until the moment the payment is made. Bidders can also monitor their live ranking without worrying about human intervention.
