Perodua Customers Urged To Only Deal With Authorised Sales Advisors
National Carmaker Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd (Perodua) is urging all its existing and potential customers to only deal with Perodua’s authorized sales advisors.
This is to avoid being deceived by any apparent scams that has been surfacing after the Ativa launch on March 3.

“We have discovered at least two fraudulent rebate offers online for the newly-launched Perodua Ativa, which is not our practice,” Perodua President and Chief Executive Officer Datuk Zainal Abidin Ahmad said, adding that the promotions did not originate from Perodua or any of its outlets nationwide.
Recently, a few scammers have been posing as Perodua sales advisors. According to Zainal, these scammers lured potential victims into placing their new purchase deposits into personal bank accounts.
In order to safeguard both existing and potential Perodua customers, Perodua has initiated a quick ‘Do’s and Don’ts’ guide when purchasing a new vehicle:
| Do's | Don'ts |
