Eid Season: 14 Million Vehicles Expected to Flood Plus Highway!
After two years of being restricted due to the Covid-19 outbreak, it seems that the spirit of Malaysians is flourishing to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri this year!
For two years now in a row, some people might be wearing their baju raya in overseas while the rest is lucky to have their rendang at kampung yet without their loved ones by their side due to pandemic.

Planning to BALIK KAMPUNG this Friday? Before that, READ these infos below!
- For your information, PLUS expects the daily traffic flow to reach two million vehicles a day from April 29 to May 9.
- This means starting that period (April 29-May 9), approximately 12 million vehicles will be scattered on all road highways.
- As based on that expectation, the Ministry of Transport will set a ban on heavy vehicles using the highway for FIVE days.
- Starting from April 30 to May 2 and May 7 to May 8, the implication is to ensure smoother flow of traffic which will increase during Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.
Can you imagine if two million vehicles and heavy vehicles swarmed using the highway simultaneously which could lead to horrendous congestion again? Scary isn't it?
As a reminder, despite the eagerness to return home, DON’T FORGET TO FOLLOW THE SOPS!
