A Modern And Practical MPV, Nissan Philippines Presents The Livina

Marking its presence in the MPV segment with a new addition to its exciting line-up, Nissan Philippines presents the all-new Nissan Livina.
Progressively designed with safety features, it is a very suitable MPV for families looking for everyday excitement and convenience.
It has four variants, the VL (A/T) priced at Php 1,209,000 (MYR 95,173), VE (A/T) at Php 1,149,000 (MYR 90,449), EL (A/T) at Php 1,109,000 (MYR 87,301) and E (M/T) at Php 1,029,000 (MYR 81,003).
Nissan Philippines’ president, Juan Manuel Hoyos, remarked, “The all-new Livina is a modern and practical MPV that first time families and first-time car buyers will appreciate and trust.”

First off, exterior-wise, the all-new Livina is stylish and modern looking, projecting Nissan’s unique styling character elements.
For example, the V-Motion grille, front under spoiler, the brand’s signature LED tail lights, and daytime running lights.
Available are five exterior colours, Royal Ruby Red, Moonstone Grey, Diamond Pearl White, Onyx Black and Platinum Silver.
Contrastingly, for the VL (A/T) variant, it comes with tasteful silver accents, while the rest of the variants come with black.

Next, interior-wise, the all-new Livina is packed with the perfect features for everyday driving necessities, ideal for those looking for a practical and comfortable ride.
The VL and VE variants come with six-way manual adjustable driver seats, and are abundantly spacious, with fold and tumble seats for the 2nd and 3rd rows.
Then, specifically for the top VL variant, it comes with a keyless entry system, a push button engine-start and -stop system and a dial-type air conditioning system.
Plus, the VL also has a 7-inch touchscreen display with an audio and handsfree phone control, and multiple charging and connectivity ports at the centre console.
Other than that, it gets black leather material seats, a leather detailed steering wheel with a tilt and telescopic feature, 12 cup holders, and multiple storage compartments across the interior.

In terms of safety features, the all-new Livina comes with Nissan Intelligent Mobility, of which includes the Hill Start Assist system among others.
Additionally, it also has a reverse camera, airbags, anti-lock braking system, vehicle dynamic control, traction control system and parking sensors.

Performance-wise, the all-new Livina sports a 1.5-litre DOHC engine producing 104 HP and 141 NM of torque, mated to either a four-speed automatic or a five-speed manual transmission.
According to Nissan, its upkeep is very economical as it costs 30% less to maintain compared with other MPVs available in the market.
Speaking of which, it has a vehicle warranty of five years or 150,000 KM, whichever comes first, for the top-of-the line variant.
Interestingly, this vehicle warranty is the first in its segment, providing customers a worry-free ownership experience.
Hoyos concluded, “As part of Nissan’s transformation plan, we hope to reach more customers through this exciting offering to this competitive and fast-growing segment.”
