PLUS Experiencing RFID Service Disruption At Several Toll Plazas
PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) just published on its socials to inform that there is a disruption in the RFID services at several toll plazas along the North-South Highway now and repair work is underway.
Customers who use the RFID system are advised to only use the RFID lanes at the toll plazas where PLUS staff have been assigned to provide assistance and ensure a smooth journey at the involved toll plazas.
During the time of publishing, RFID services at some toll plazas have been fully restored however users are advised to follow PLUS on its social media channels to keep abreast of any latest developments.

PLUS Highway concessionaire published on its social media at 7.56am, 16 Dec that all RFID services at all affected toll plazas on the North-South Highway, Butterworth-Kulim, JPP, NKVE, ELITE & Linkedua have returned back to normal. PLUS apologises for any inconveniences caused.
