Following the earlier announcement by Public Work Minister YB Alexander Nanta Linggi of the positive outcome from his session with Touch n’ Go, Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) and PLUS Malaysia Berhad, immediate action has been taken to resolve the public outcry with regards to the lack of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) lanes at toll plazas along PLUS Highway.
A total of 12 RFID lanes will be added to tolls under PLUS by April 2023. The list of 12 tolls are as below:
Having said this, LLM expresses their appericiations to toll concessionaires and users who are putting in the effort to push RFID usage in Malaysia. However users are advised to make sure their:
e-wallet balance is sufficient before passing the toll plazas RFID lane
Touch 'n Go card for SmartTag and Touch 'n Go balance is sufficient for lane users before passing through the toll plaza
selected toll lane to enter and exit is of the same payment method
Users facing any issues are advised to reach out to them directly 1–800–88–7752 or thru Facebook page: Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia or Twitter @LLMtrafik.
