French lubricant manufacturer Motul has officially revealed their latest Motul 8100 Power for the Malaysian market during its annual Sepang 12 Hours Endurance race event.

Motul Malaysia Country Manager, Ravi Shankar remarked in a statement “Motul is excited to bring our latest lubricant, 8100 Power to car users and enthusiasts throughout Malaysia’’.

As the official lubricant supplier for the event, the lubricant firm introduced its new product that contains 100% of fully synthetic engine oil which is made specifically for performance drivers that are keen to have extra boost in their daily drive.

The firm’s new Motul 8100 Power key features also includes a new formulation through its ESTER technology which promises smoother engine operations as well as reliability and enhanced protection meant to combat Low Speed Pre Ignition (LSPI).

He further added that the modern drivers will find the high-performance lubricant to cover more improvements in terms of longevity and benefitted drivers as it requires less oil changes as well as maintenance work.

On a side note, the high-performance lubricant deemed to be found in any local distributors and Motul garages, comprises a range of viscosities to suit a variety of engines including gasoline and diesel engines.

Renowned as a partner to many manufacturers and racing teams, Motul specialises in the formulation, production, and distribution of high-tech engine lubricants like two-wheelers, cars, and other vehicles as well lubricants for industry via its Motul Tech activity.

Motul currently owns three major manufacturing facilities and two research and development (R&D) centres across the Asia Pacific region. These centres focus on refining the lubricant technology for Asian climate and driving conditions, which are vastly different from Europe.

‘’As a leading brand, Motul will continue to work closely with our extensive network of distributors, retailers, and car care professionals across Malaysia, and we believe we are in a prime position to capitalise on the significant growth in vehicle sales and adoption in the country” he emphasised in a statement.
